My 2018 Best Nine on Instagram by John Clark

Continuing an annual tradition, here are the nine “most-liked” photos that I posted to Instagram this year.

There are images shot in Michigan, Nevada, Bryce Canyon National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, the ghost town of Bodie, California, Zion National Park, Milwaukee, and two from the observatories high atop Mauna Loa in Hawaii.

In analyzing the metrics, it turns out that my online activity was quite a bit less this year, posting 105 photos (compared to 148 in 2017) and capturing 4,660 likes in total (well down from the 7,176 last year). Moving across the country and a heavy travel schedule this year is the excuse I’m going with!

I try and post new images to Instagram on a regular basis, so please give me a follow. I am also active on Twitter and Facebook if those are your preferred social media sites.
